To avoid the irritation caused by the maneuvers of the three canals, change their mutual order in the three sequences of positional treatment (PT). For the same reason change the left-right order in them every  treatment session as follows:

LR= first the left canal, then the right canal

RL = first the right canal, then the left canal

1A. superior canal LR, posterior canal RL, horizontal canal LR

1B. superior canal RL, posterior canal LR, horizontal canal RL

2A. posterior canal LR, horizontal canal RL, superior canal LR

2B. posterior canal RL, horizontal canal LR, superior canal RL

3A. horizontal canal LR, superior canal RL, posterior canal LR

3B. horizontal canal RL, superior canal LR, posterior canal RL
